Dr. Mani Faez,

Psy. D.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I've been working with individuals and couples for a decade, helping them build empathy and self-acceptance and create positive change in their lives. Many people are suffering from past psychological wounds that hold them back from progressing in life. My approach is to help process these wounds that have accumulated over the years and liberate my clients from old habits and mentalities that keep them stuck. I specialize in relational issues, including marital distress, marriage enrichment, marriage preparation, abuse, reactive attachment, and loss. I also work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Addiction issues, and OCD.

I believe in a collaborative approach with my clients, walking with them through difficult times and helping them discover their inner strength. Clients often find themselves amazed by their newfound strengths and ability to overcome life's challenges. I also use systems perspective and attachment in which I view individuals, partners, and family members as being inherently interconnected. Consequently, changes in one or more family members tend to affect other family members and family interactions. As a result, I believe people are best understood through patterns of interaction within the context of relationships. I offer therapy in both English and Farsi.
