Dr. Mani Faez,
Psy. D. , Psychologist,
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I have dedicated the past ten years of my life to helping individuals and couples develop a deeper sense of empathy, self-acceptance, and the positive changes necessary for improvement in their lives. Many people struggle with past emotional wounds that continue to hold them back and prevent them from moving forward. My primary goal is to help these individuals process these wounds effectively and break free from unhelpful habits and limiting mindsets that may hinder their growth. I focus on various relationship issues, including marital challenges, experiences of abuse, attachment problems, and the process of dealing with loss. Additionally, I assist those facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and OCD, providing them with the necessary support. I firmly believe in the importance of working closely with my clients, guiding them through their tough times to uncover and recognize their inner strength and resilience. Many are often surprised by their own abilities to overcome challenges they once thought insurmountable. I view people as inherently interconnected within their relationships, understanding that changes in one person can significantly impact others around them. To accommodate diverse needs, I offer therapy sessions in both English and Farsi, ensuring that more individuals can access the support they require.
