Dr. Mani Faez, Psy.D., LMFT

Voted Jackson Hole’s Best Mental Health Therapist 2026

Psychotherapist in Jackson Hole specializing in relationships, trauma, anxiety, and complex life transitions

Relationships • Trauma • Anxiety • Major Life Transitions

I work with adults and couples who want more than temporary relief from a difficult period. Often, the people I see understand a great deal about themselves already, but continue to find themselves caught in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, trauma, conflict, or emotional overwhelm.

My approach is active, collaborative, and individualized. I want therapy to help you understand what is happening and why, but also to create meaningful changes in how you respond, relate, and move through your life.

My clinical work has developed particular depth in couples and relationship therapy, trauma and EMDR, anxiety, and major life transitions. I also provide psychological and personality assessment and have advanced training in perinatal mental health psychotherapy.

For couples, I integrate PACT and other evidence-based approaches to address communication, attachment, trust, conflict, and recurring relationship patterns. For individuals, treatment may include EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches when past experiences continue to influence current emotions, relationships, or behavior.

I believe good therapy should be both compassionate and honest. My role is not simply to agree with you or provide reassurance. It is to help you understand yourself more clearly, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical ways of creating lasting change.

Therapy is available in English and Farsi.
